For a company based in Southern Italy specializing in the production of steel and plastic components for the automotive industry, Automha developed a new automated solution designed to handle pallets of different sizes.

The system was designed to meet the need to handle load units of different dimensions within the same storage system. The solution features 2 AutosatGTR 1510 units, configured to handle 1,000 mm-wide pallets with different depths, ranging from 770 mm to 1,500 mm.

The warehouse is arranged over 3 levels and comprises a total of 108 storage lanes, each capable of accommodating up to 10 pallets in depth for the 800 mm pallet format.

The selected configuration combines multi-depth storage with the ability to handle different pallet formats within a single automated solution, adapting to the specific production requirements of the automotive industry.
