Grugliasco (Turin), September 16, 2026 – Automha’s Board of Directors has appointed Francesco Allegra as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. The appointment, which is already effective, supports Automha’s expansion and further growth within Comau, including the leveraging of synergies with Invent.

The intralogistics sector is expected to see double-digit growth over the next three to five years, driven by the continued expansion of e-commerce, the need for warehouse streamlining and automation—common across many industries—and the evolution of supply chains. In this context, Francesco Allegra will build on the company’s solid results to strengthen its integrated logistics automation offering, enabling Automha to secure larger-scale projects, reach new markets, and create greater opportunities worldwide, while benefiting from Comau’s support.

Francesco Allegra has twenty years of experience in senior leadership roles in the areas of operational excellence, risk management, and corporate governance. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and has held executive positions at FCA, Comau, and Geox. Allegra will retain his current position as Chief Operational Performance Officer at Comau, ensuring continued strategic alignment between the two organizations.

Francesco Allegra succeeds Automha’s founder, Franco Togni, who assumes the role of Honorary Chairman and will continue to support the company’s business.
