Automha’s link with the local area is growing and consolidating day by day. In fact, an agreement has just been signed with the Gianni Rodari Nursery School and the Papa Giovanni XXIII Infant School in Azzano San Paolo.

This initiative was created with the aim of facilitating the work-life balance for all working parents and is part of Corporate Social Responsibility, in which our company has been active for several years with cultural, sporting and educational projects.

Thanks to the new pleged agreement with Azzano San Paolo’s Papa Giovanni XXIII Children’s Polo, Automha supports its working parents.

The bond between Automha and the territory of Bergamo grows and solidifies itself day after day. In fact, an agreement was just made with the Asilo Nido Gianni Rodari (Gianni Rodari Nursery School) and the Papa Giovanni XXIII Kindergarten in Azzano San Paolo.

The decision comes from Automha’s strong inclination towards educational and cultural initiatives of which its workers can benefits, and that becomes part of a larger context. The business leader in the intralogistics and automation sector believes firmly in the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility, in which it’s active by now for many years, with projects in sports, environmental, cultural and educational environments.

Thanks to the close agreement between the two companies, for the next three years, all the business’s employees will have favorable rates equal to those reserved for Azzano San Paolo residents, the town in which the Automha headquarters is located.

Declarations which echo the words of Giuseppe Vadalà, Polo Educational Coordinator at Papa Giovanni XXIII Kindergarten in Azzano San Paolo: “Each project brings with itself a transformation, it accompanies it, it nourishes it, and it observes it. And this school represents a community project, that is surely “the children’s place” but not only that! A school that is “the community’s place” able to promote well-being in a communal sense, to generate health and well-being, to create relationships that start from and create with infancy.

However, it’s not the first initiative put in action to support working parents. In January 2020, a measure was introduced that foresaw a 25% reduction in working hours, with equal pay, for all mothers with children between the ages of 1 and 10 years old.
