Problem

He began to imagine a new warehouse and consequently a logistics chain totally redestyled far back as 2006. On the one hand that needed to increase the storage volumes by replacing a traditional warehouse already matured, moreover they wanted to introduce an automated solution that can integrate value addd along the supply chain also benefits the end customer.

Solution
Automha has designed an automated Booster warehouse with a stacker crane providing the handing of canisters for the storage of products of any kind, both for retail sale and supply to hospitals and distributors. Input and picking bays placed on different levels allow the taking of goods not only for the expedition of orders, but also for quality control actions.

Therefore, immediate response and service quality were the milestones on which Automha designed its plant solution. These specific requirements have led to the study of different picking/refilling bays in terms of mechanical structure, with accumulation for levies to sequentially draw customer orders, to drawer extraction for picking on high rotation coded managed by a display.

Advantages
The adopted automation generated significant savings in terms of space, but more than everything else has triggered a completely different way of working, more flexible and precise, with an improved traceability of flows and processes.
