Mission
The primary role of the PLC Technician is that of the design, installation and start-up of complex automation systems located in different areas of the world.

Tasks
– Design and drafting of management software for PLC control systems including drives, Motion Control systems, HMI (Human Machine Interface), remote I / O, bus systems, instrumentation and measurement systems, safety systems.
– Internal testing of systems, PLC control machines including drives, Motion Control systems, HMI (Human Machine Interface), remote I / O, bus systems, instrumentation and measurement systems, safety systems.
– Installation and start-up of PLC control systems including drives, Motion Control systems, HMI (Human Machine Interface), remote I / O, bus systems, instrumentation and measurement systems, safety systems at the plant.
– Collaborate / Coordinate the start-up team including Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation technicians.
– Perform the tests and validation of the PLC SAFETY safety systems based on the SAFETY MATRIX of the plant, reporting whether the systems comply with the design, underlining any safety issues.
– Perform the tests indicated in the technical specifications to verify / validate the machine cycles according to the FEM regulations.
– Representing Automha before the client for meetings for execution / commissioning purposes.
– Carry out other activities according to the instructions of the Department Manager and the Project Manager.
