Central moments for the development of a company, trade fairs have always represented an important opportunity to exhibit their products, exchange ideas and opinions with other players in the sector, learn about new markets and countries in which to expand their business.

Essential aspects that have been lacking in the last period due to the phase of great complexity caused by Covid-19. Today, however, thanks to the improvement of the health situation in Italy and in the rest of the world, it is possible to return to experience events in person, in compliance with the rules of conduct.

The October events calendar of the automated warehouse company

The intralogisticsfield, which sees automated warehouses as one of the central elements of its sector, has seized the opportunity, rescheduling the fairs and events that last year did not take place or had to be held online.

At the end of October Automha, a leading company not only in the design of automatic warehouses, but also in their production and installation with the aim of optimizing the supply chain, will take part in two important events for its sector.

The first is CeMAT Asia, one of the most important trade fairs in the Eastern world, focused on material handling, automation technology, transport systems and intralogistics. Now in its 20th edition, this year will take place from 26 to 29 October at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, in China.

The second appointment is an event of INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA, the trade fair that will take place from 3 to 6 May 2022 dedicated to the most innovative solutions and integrated systems for industrial handling, warehouse management, material storage and picking. The introductory event will focus on the possibilities and advantages brought by industrial automation within the fresh&frozen supply chain and will be held on 26 October in the presence of Meat-Tech at Fiera Milano Rho and in live streaming on the digital platform of Hannover Fairs International GmbH.

Automha’s automatic storage systems for trade fairs

At CeMAT Asia Automha will participate with three of its leading products used for the automatic transport and storage of pallets:

• Autosatmover
• Supercap
• Rushmover

Autosatmover is the latest generation modular system, designed and developed by the Bergamo-based company for the automatic multi-depth storage of pallets and goods. Thanks to the speed and precision that characterize the movements of the machine, Autosatmover allows greater flexibility and dynamism in the actions of depositing and picking up materials inside the shelves and an increase in the performance provided by automatic warehouses, as well as a reduction in costs and energy consumption deriving from the use of the plants.

This innovative storage system consists of two machines, also entirely designed and manufactured by Automha:

• Mover, the mother shuttle that travels on tracks perpendicular to the storage channels, powered by a busway at each load level;
• Supercap the satellite placed inside the machine and controlled by Mover via Wi-Fi, used during the pallets and goods automatic picking and storage.

The Bergamo-based company will also take part in the fair with Rushmover, the fully automatic modular circuit capable of transporting pallets of many types, sizes and weights. The use of Rushmover is essential to create direct connections between the parts that make up the logistics system, through the creation of flexible and articulated routes. Furthermore, thanks to the ability to adapt to existing structures and the ability to bend in two directions, the machine allows to effectively manage long and complex paths, a fundamental element to ensure high productivity in the industrial environment in which the system is installed.

On October 26, Automha is sponsor of “Aspettando Intralogistica Italia: la catena del freddo nell’intralogistica per l’alimentare”, a round table focused on the analysis and in-depth study of the possibilities and advantages that automation is able to bring to the cold and fresh sector.

Starting from the changes that the pandemic has introduced within the market, the new needs, the best technologies to manage the automatic storage of products at a controlled temperature, and the ideal solutions to respond efficiently and quickly to customer needs will be examined. Numerous speakers will participate during the event, mainly technology producers who are in daily contact with the world of intralogistics and automated warehouses. Among them there will also be Marco Zanettin, Automha Sales Director.

In collaboration with AISEM, Italian Association of Lifting, Elevating and Handling Systems, of which the General Counsel and CSR Officer Automha, Roberta Togni, heads the “Intralogistics Systems” section, the event aims to present and dialogue between manufacturers of technologies for logistics and players in the food sector.
