Since 1986, Brovind has been one of the first European companies to specialize in the design and construction of vibrating power source systems using electromagnetic technology.
Located in Cortemilia, in the province of Cuneo, among the hills of the Alta Langa region, the company has specialized in the internal production of all the necessary components for the creation of vibrating power sources and directional systems for industrial automation.

Today, Brovind, with three production centers, is the reference point in Industrial Vibrators, and to improve and optimize the management of logistic flows of its new establishment in Cortemilia, it turned to Automha, the Bergamo company specialized in the planning, production and installation of intralogistics solutions and complex automated systems, for a doable study for a new self-sufficient automated warehouse.

After a detailed analysis and evaluation of the needs and requests of the client, the Automha engineering department designed an automatic warehouse 15 meters high with stacker cranes for storing 1,508 load units.

Beyond the stacker crane storage warehouse, Automha also installed its new product Heavytower, a vertical warehouse with 32 deposit drawers and standing at 9 meters high for handling and storing long and heavy (up to 3 tons) pieces.

The automated warehouse has a storage capacity of 1.508 load units with inbound and outbound performance of up to 40 UdC/h.

Beyond the study of the solution, the Bergamo company handled all the electrical mechanics planning and software of the machines and warehouse management system AWMS.

Thanks to the use of its advanced systems, Automha guaranteed Brovind optimized management of its warehouse and satisfied the production cycles requested by suppliers and clients.
