Kairos offers personalized solutions for the formulation of polyurethane systems in different production sectors, focusing on customers and product development.

The company obtained the ISO 9001 certification, which has also been achieved by Automha, for the production of a quality system that improves the company’s processes, production efficiency and customer satisfaction. Moreover, Kairos works only with suppliers which have the quality certification and compliance of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals) to guarantee the protection of human health and the environment.

Kairos has the necessity of storing bags and all the final products after the production process. Given the company’s expansion over the last few years, it has decided to work with Automha to implement a warehouse with 2 Autosats Wi-Fi connected to the AWM One software to better manage the semi-automatic warehouse.

Autosat is Automha’s shuttle, licensed in 1999, which manages the automatic storage of pallets in multi-depth inside the traditional drive-in shelves and allows space optimization to reach its maximum capacity. When the process is managed by the AWM One – Automha’s WMS for semi-automatic warehouses – the warehouse becomes even more efficient thanks to the better control of order fulfilment and optimization of all internal movements.

Thanks to Automha, the company has managed to optimize the work in the warehouse by improving the speed of the inbound and outbound processes, decreasing errors and significantly increasing productivity.
