Automha Spa is looking for a spare parts management operator for its headquarters in Azzano San Paolo. The resource will have the task of managing all spare parts at the service of clients and the related documentation; we are looking for a person with an average experience, who is able to become independent in daily activities in a short time, in compliance with priorities and deadlines. Activities Spare parts management and customer offers
- Drawing up spare parts lists for new systems
- Drawing up spare parts lists for reintegration after use
- Managing spare parts and post preventive maintenance offers
- Sending offers to clients
- Preparing and sending pro forma invoices to the client
Supplier order management
- Enter spare parts orders in the Navision management system on the basis of clients’ order confirmations
- Send orders to suppliers
- Check supplier order confirmations
- Organize spare parts shipment to the client
- Timely organize activities and related documentation
- Drafting periodic reports on the progress of the procedures described above
Qualifications, Prerequisites and / or Experience
- Diploma First level technical and / or management degree
- Two-year experience in purchasing / spare parts sector is appreciated
- Written and spoken knowledge of the English language (will be subject to a preliminary test)
