Heavytower is the automated vertical storage system designed to store sheet metal, heavy carpentry and long bodies, used as a buffer near cutting and production machines or as an inter-operational warehouse.
For vertical automated warehouses, Heavytower is available as a mono-tower, double-tower or multitower storage system. In addition, these systems offer the advantage of the “goods to operator” mode which allows you to optimize the use of spaces in height, allowing an easier and faster assortment of material.
The operating plant to obtain the first Heavytower was Dakota Group, near Verona: the two systems for vertical automated storage are composed of 17 drawers each for the handling of metal moulds of different sizes, with a maximum capacity of 5,000 kg per drawer.
