Led by Paolo and Filippo Polegato, Astoria Wines is among the greatest representatives of the art of Prosecco. Founded in 1987 from the passion of a historic family of winemakers, Astoria is the first private winemaker of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG and its wines have been celebrated by the most important wine competitions.

For the Treviso-based company, Automha has created an intensive storage system in semi-automatic multi-depth managed by the shuttle Autosat Wi-Fi. The pallet handling is carried out by the satellite moving independently down the aisles in traditional drive-in racks, configured according to the needs of the customer, occupying the greatest available space. The shuttle is moved between the various levels of shelving by a normal forklift that picks up, deposits and rearranges the pallets in the storage channels.
The warehouse has a maximum storage capacity of over 4,000 loading units. In addition, the handling of pallets for finished products is managed by 7 Autosat Wi-Fi complete with all the functions for a timely and accurate management of goods.

Thanks to the professionalism and experience of Automha, Astoria Wines has managed to halve the handling time and increase the stock of the warehouse for finished products ready for shipment.
